The 2015 Chestnut Park Real Estate awards dinner was held at the Rosedale Valley Golf Club in north Toronto this past week. As usual with company events, it was a huge blast, with lots of cocktails, amazing food and laughs galore.
Besides the enjoyment in partaking in the ultimate in people fashion watching; yes I am a country boy and I don’t own a Pee Wee Herman suit…. something I may have to consider if I want to be taken seriously in the big smoke. It maybe prudent to update my preppy wardrobe to the newest trend. The event went off with out a hiccup. Even when I took the liberty of hugging the CEO Chris Kapches when receiving my award.
To the good news; Chestnut Park Real Estate Brokerage created over $2.3 billion dollars in sales in 2015 in all of its markets. We have roughly 300 agents less than 25% probably do a majority of the sales as in most companies.This was an average sale of $1,100,000.00 which is mind blowing! I would think Chestnut Park must be considered one of the top producing luxury brands in Ontario on a per agent basis.
