Epping Creek homestead was a custom build almost 12 years ago. The owners built for their family with ultimate goal of keeping their active boys active. The property is roughly 52 acres with 10 acres of hardwood towards the northern property line. The property hosts numerous kilometres of hiking, hacking and riding paths. The year round balling creek is accessible from a wooden bridge to the extensive wetlands that have numerous local native birds and animals. The Bruce Trail system borders the west and north side of the property. (Quiet Neighbours) with very small chance of development. The owners have also created several kilometres of mowed and maintained paths for hiking, biking, MTB, X/C skiing linked into the Bruce system.
The property has a number of horse paddocks, square ring, hay shed, storage shed and a run-in shelter. The owners installed a frost free year round water source to the area of the property. The owners built a 30’x32’ steel quonset with 50 amp service and a ton of indoor storage for all of the gangs toys.
